A Bookcase

In addition to the much helpful books received, the people of Family Promise need a bookshelf to house the incoming books.  If you or a friend know of a bookcase we could have, close to the Santa Clarita area, please contact us! Thank you for all your continuing support!

What is Project Read?

Hi, we're from Girl Scout troop 7882, and we are attempting to achieve our Silver Award. The Silver Award is a prestigious award earned by Girl Scouts who start programs to help their community. Our Silver Award is called "Project Read." We are collecting books to donate to an organization called Family Promise. Family Promise houses homeless families. We are looking for books for all ages, of varied genres. More details to be announced at a later date, along with updates of how well Project Read is running.
